Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Orlando airport car service for MCO arrivals

MCO is a big, busy airport split between two terminal complexes a mile apart. A pre-booked private car takes the guesswork out of the part after baggage claim.

Which terminal are you landing at?

Orlando International is really two terminal buildings joined by a train. The original North Terminal holds Terminals A and B; the newer South Terminal, Terminal C, opened in September 2022 roughly a mile away, with an automated people mover running between them.

Terminal assignments change, so check your airline confirmation rather than going by memory. Broadly, Terminal C serves many overseas airlines and JetBlue, while most large American carriers fly from A or B.

Your flight number goes in the booking. It tells us the terminal and identifies your arrival on the day.

How meet and greet works at MCO

The airport sets the rules for pre-arranged pickups. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s ground transportation rules send pre-booked drivers meeting North Terminal passengers to the baggage claim area on the Ground Transportation Level, carrying a sign that can be verified.

The same rules control timing. For a domestic flight, a driver may enter the meeting area no earlier than 15 minutes before the arrival and may stay up to 30 minutes after it; for an international arrival the window runs to an hour, because passport control takes longer.

Terminal C is a newer building with a different layout. When you book a Terminal C arrival, ask us where your driver will be standing, and we will spell it out.

Busy days at Orlando International

MCO’s busiest day on record was Saturday, March 16, 2024, in the middle of spring break, when more than 100,000 passengers departed. The winter holidays come close: the airport projected about 3.1 million passengers over the 2025–26 Christmas and New Year period. On days like that the ride-share lines and the terminal roads are both slow, and a car that is already booked is the calmer way out.

Questions travellers ask

Where will my driver meet me at MCO?

For A and B arrivals, the airport’s rules place pre-booked drivers in baggage claim on the Ground Transportation Level, holding a sign with your name. For Terminal C, ask us when you book and we will tell you exactly where to look.

What if my flight lands early or late?

Your flight number is part of the booking, and it is how your arrival is identified. If your flight is changed or rebooked, send us the new details as soon as you have them.

Do you pick up at Terminal C?

Yes. We pick up at all three MCO terminals. Terminal C is laid out differently from A and B, so we confirm the meeting point for Terminal C arrivals when you book.

Can we stop for groceries on the way to a vacation home?

Ask when you book. Whether a stop can be added, and for how long, depends on the day and the vehicle, so we confirm it with your booking rather than promise it here.

Is the airport fee extra?

No. What the airport charges, and any tolls on the way, are part of the one price.
