Wedding transportation in Orlando

A Central Florida wedding often means guests in three hotels, a ceremony in one place and a reception in another. Transportation is the part of the plan that quietly decides whether everyone arrives on time.

  • Hourly van shuttling guests between hotels and venues
  • Sedan or SUV reserved for the couple
  • Priced per vehicle, not per guest
  • Child seats, meet and greet, tolls and airport fees are in the price

The vehicles for this ride

Also: Luxury Sedan (up to 3 people) and Passenger Van (up to 10 people). Typical capacity, confirmed at booking. Minivan: manufacturer photo of the model we run; SUV and Sprinter: computer-generated examples of the class.

Start with who moves where

Before you think about vehicles, write down every move on the day: hotel to ceremony, ceremony to photos, photos to reception, reception back to the hotels. Then put a headcount against each one.

That list usually turns into three pieces:

  • A guest shuttle. A passenger van or Sprinter reserved for a block of hours, circling between hotels and venues.
  • The couple’s car. A sedan or SUV for the two of you, ready to leave when you are.
  • Airport rides for out-of-town guests. Each family books its own with its flight number, so nobody has to coordinate a dozen arrivals for you.

You pay per vehicle, not per guest. If you need two vehicles running at the same time, ask for a custom quote.

A simple timeline

  1. A few months out

Book the guest shuttle hours and the couple’s car, or ask for a quote covering several vehicles.

  2. When the guest list settles

Send guests the airport-ride details so they can book their own arrivals.

  3. Two weeks before

Confirm the final addresses, the timeline and a contact person for the day.

  4. On the day

Your contact person is the one the driver checks in with, so the couple does not have to.

Not just weddings

The same plan works for a milestone birthday, a family reunion dinner, a quinceañera or a company celebration: a van by the hour for the group, and a car for whoever needs to leave early.

Questions travellers ask

How do we price a shuttle for wedding guests?

Book a passenger van or Sprinter by the hour to loop between hotels and venues. The price is for the vehicle and the hours, not for each guest.

Can we have two vehicles running at once?

Yes. Send the timeline and ask for a custom quote covering both vehicles.

Should we book our guests’ airport rides?

Usually it is easier for each family to book its own ride with its own flight number. You can share this site with them.

Do event rides include child seats?

Yes, as on every booking. Ask guests travelling with young children to give each child’s age and seat type.
