Groups and large families

Group transportation in Orlando, in one van

When ten or twelve people land together, splitting into three app rides means three waits, three drivers and someone always arriving last. One van keeps the group, and its luggage, together.

  • Passenger vans and Sprinter vans
  • One price for the whole vehicle, not per head
  • Child seats, meet and greet, tolls and airport fees are in the price

Also: Luxury Sedan (up to 3 people) and Passenger Van (up to 10 people). Typical capacity, confirmed at booking. Minivan: manufacturer photo of the model we run; SUV and Sprinter: computer-generated examples of the class.

Who books a van

  • Two families sharing a vacation home. Everyone arrives at the same time, and the children ride with their cousins.
  • Multi-generation trips. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren, with a stroller, a car-seat bag and a lot of suitcases.
  • Golf groups heading to ChampionsGate and the resort courses, where the golf bags take as much room as the people.
  • Cruise parties going from the airport or a hotel to Port Canaveral with a week of luggage each.
  • Teams and delegations at the convention center or a company offsite.

Passenger van or Sprinter?

Both carry a group and its bags. The difference is how many people and bags.

Typical capacity, confirmed at booking. A party too large for one vehicle can ask for a custom quote covering several.

Planning a group pickup

  1. Count people and bags separately

Twelve people with twelve carry-ons is a different trip from twelve people with twenty-four suitcases. Tell us both numbers.

  2. Line up the flights

If the group arrives on different flights, tell us each one. One pickup for everyone may mean a wait for the earliest arrivals; two pickups may suit you better.

  3. Name one contact

Give one person’s name and number for the day, so there is no confusion about who is in charge of the group.

  4. Agree the drop-off

A single hotel is simple. Several rental homes in different communities need each address on the booking.

Why one vehicle beats several rides

Because you pay for the van rather than for each traveller, a full van is often good value against several separate cars. More important on the day: one booking, one driver, and the whole group arriving at the same door at the same time.

Families with small children get the same deal as everyone else: child seats are included, so tell us how many and what type.

Questions travellers ask

How many people fit in a Sprinter van?

Our Sprinter class typically seats up to 12 passengers with 12 bags. Capacity is confirmed at booking against your exact luggage and any child seats.

What if our group is too big for one van?

Send us the headcount, the luggage and the schedule and ask for a custom quote covering more than one vehicle.

Is the price per person?

No. Each vehicle has one price for the trip, however many of its seats you fill.

What if our group arrives on different flights?

Give us every flight in the booking. We can plan one pickup for everyone or split it so the earliest arrivals are not left waiting at the airport.
