International Drive, by Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando
International Drive and convention center car service
International Drive is Orlando’s hotel and convention corridor, about 12 miles from Orlando International. The ride is short; the trick is ending up at the right building.
- About 10–20 minutes from MCO without traffic
- West or North/South building, your choice of door
- Sedans for one, vans for a booth crew
- Child seats, meet and greet, tolls and airport fees are in the price
Orlando Private Car Service is not affiliated with Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort or SeaWorld Orlando; we name them only to say where we drive.

Two buildings, one street between them
The Orange County Convention Center is split across International Drive. The West Building is at 9800 International Drive and the South Building across the road at 9899, with the North/South complex linked to the West by a pedestrian bridge. Each side has its own drive-up drop-off.
Before you book, check your badge or exhibitor manual for the hall your show is in. If you are setting up a booth, the loading arrangements may be different again. Give us the building and, if you know it, the entrance, and that is where you are dropped.
App rides use geofenced pickup zones around the center that move from show to show, which is why taxi and ride-share queues can be a walk from the door you came out of.

Hotels along the Drive
International Drive runs north to south from near the big studio theme parks, past the convention center and down toward the resort area. From MCO the usual way in is west on SR 528, then off at the exit for International Drive and the convention center. Hotels sit on both sides of a busy road with plenty of U-turn points, so the hotel name helps more than the street number.
Travelling with a team? A passenger van or Sprinter keeps everyone and the sample cases together, and one booking covers the whole group. For a series of meetings around town, an hourly chauffeur is often simpler than separate rides.

Questions travellers ask
How far is the Orange County Convention Center from Orlando airport?
About 12 miles. In normal traffic it is roughly a 15 to 25 minute drive, mostly on SR 528.
Which OCCC building should I give as my drop-off?
The one your show is in: the West Building or the North/South Building. They are on opposite sides of International Drive, so check your badge or event guide before you travel.
Can one booking cover a whole team?
Yes. A passenger van or Sprinter carries a group and its luggage in one vehicle, on one price.
Can a car wait while I check in to my hotel?
For stop-and-go days, book an hourly chauffeur. The car and driver stay with you for the hours you reserve.
