## Frequently asked questions

### How is the price worked out?

By the vehicle and the trip, not per person. Share the route, the date, who is coming and what they are carrying, and we confirm the vehicle and the price.

### Why are there no prices on this site?

Because a price depends on the route, the vehicle and the day. We would rather confirm the right figure for your trip than print a “from” price that changes later.

### Are tolls and airport fees extra?

No. Beachline and SR 417 tolls, and the airport’s charges, are already counted in the quote.

### Do child seats cost extra?

No. Seats for children come with the ride. Give us ages and seat types when you book.

### Is meet and greet included at the airport?

Yes, meet and greet is included. At Terminals A and B at Orlando International, airport rules place it in the baggage claim area on the Ground Transportation Level.

### Will we share the vehicle with anyone?

No. Each booking is one private vehicle for your party, with no stops for other passengers.

### Which airports do you serve?

Orlando International (MCO) and Orlando Sanford (SFB), as well as the Port Canaveral cruise terminals.

### How much luggage can we bring?

Tell us the number of suitcases, carry-ons and bulky items such as strollers or golf bags, and we match the vehicle to them. Typical capacities for each vehicle are on the fleet page.

### Can a large group travel together?

Yes. Passenger vans and Sprinter vans take larger groups; a party too big for one vehicle can ask for a custom quote covering several.

### Can I book a car by the hour?

Yes. Reserve anywhere between two and twelve hours, by the whole hour, and the same car and driver stay for the full block.

### Are you connected to any theme park, resort or cruise line?

No. We are an independent business. We drive guests to those places, but none of them owns, sponsors or vouches for us.

### How do I book?

See the [booking page](https://floridatransportationservices.com/contact/) for how booking works and what to have ready.
